Network 5: Neath Port Talbot – (Together Everyone Achieves More)

Network 5 supports thirty people who live in their own homes in Pontardawe, Neath, Briton Ferry, Aberavon and Margam areas, who, together, received 2366 hours of support per week. There are also two Registered Care Homes situated in the Network as well. There are over eighty staff plus six Personal Support Managers and two Registered Care Home Managers working and supporting the tenants. As a community, we consider ourselves very lucky that we know each other well, as we have lived in the same area, and with the same people, for many years. Also, a lot of our staff members have been with us for some time, ensuring familiarity and continuity. As a community, we run our own Coffee Mornings, Bingo Evenings, and many other social events throughout the year with great success.
