Statement of Purpose

The aim of the Consortium is to provide support for people who want to live successful lives in the Community.

The Consortium provides services under contract with either Swansea Council or Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council.

The local authorities agree an individual care plan with each Service User and their representatives.
